🔁 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare or beauty products unless defective or damaged.

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged item).

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

❌ 5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare or beauty products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

🛑 6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, the order may already be in processing and cannot be stopped.
